Cedrick McFadden is a Biomechanic Therapist and Sports Performance Specialist serving Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, helping clients move better, recover faster, and perform stronger.

Cedrick takes a hands-on approach to identifying and correcting the body’s imbalances that lead to pain and injury. Through specialized manual therapy—refined over five years of mentorship under Michael Petrina of Prime Performance—he helps individuals recover, prevent injuries, and perform at their highest level.By analyzing biomechanics, Cedrick enhances athletic performance, restores proper movement patterns, and promotes long-term durability. Each session addresses muscular imbalances and movement inefficiencies, followed by a personalized plan for strength and recovery.While lasting change requires consistency, clients often experience immediate improvements in mobility and function. Cedrick’s goal is to minimize downtime and help you return to peak performance as efficiently as possible.




Cedrick McFadden works with top professional athletes across the NBA, NFL, PGA Tour, FIBA Basketball, Baseball, Tennis, Track, and Boxing. He also trains and treats elite collegiate and high school athletes, providing comprehensive performance, recovery, and injury prevention programs to help them compete at their highest level.

Cedrick runs a private practice and fitness studio called Alynd Studios — a dedicated fitness and wellness space in Landover, MD, built to help clients move, feel, and perform at their best. Alynd Studios offers 1-on-1 and semi-private training, youth athlete development, speed training, and small-group classes; followed by biomechanical assessments and targeted treatment; and enhanced through sports orthopedic and cosmetic facial acupuncture.

At Westwood Country Club, located in Vienna, Virginia, Cedrick provides members with movement assessments, targeted treatment, and individualized performance programs to elevate their golf and tennis performance. He also teaches strength classes designed to improve mobility, power, and overall athletic readiness.
